No cost to you. Using the site is free for homeowners. A roofer may pay us for referrals, as set out in our Referral Marketing Disclosure. We never give homeowners money or anything else of value for using the service.

Information on the site. Costs, storm history and rules are general information drawn from the sources named on each page. Figures can change and may not fit your home. Check anything important with the roofer, the relevant government office or your own adviser.

Your responsibilities. Give accurate details in any request, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't copy or reuse the site's content without permission.

Limits. The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any dealings you have with a roofer you reach through it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes. We may revise these terms at any time, and the version posted here applies from the date it appears.
